Vogt, an experienced registered nurse, made the shift from hospital nursing to building an in-home senior care business because of her experiences in institutional care settings.
"Our hospitals and care facilities are facing very difficult challenges in caring for our seniors and it is our aging loved ones that are suffering," said Vogt. "As an entrepreneur, I wanted to step up and help address this challenge by keeping seniors where they want to be - in their own homes."
